Job Summary – Entry-Level Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of business analysis principles and a strong interest in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, supporting product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver impactful business solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, documentation tools, and basic data analysis is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Support the creation of user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Help identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making and feature development.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives within Agile teams.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with stakeholders.
Document meeting notes, project updates, and user feedback to support transparency and alignment.
Learn and apply best practices for business analysis, stakeholder communication, and requirements management using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
