Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Manager for our Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Bethlehem, PA. This is a full-time position, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18. The ideal candidate will have the passion for the Food & Beverages industry, coupled with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Performing inventory control tasks, ensuring that supplies and ingredients are always available without overstocking.
• Working with the front desk staff to ensure smooth operation, and maintaining a harmonious working environment.
• Carrying out operations analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Overseeing cooking and preparation processes, ensuring that the team adheres to the company's recipes and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must be US Citizens, Green Card holders, or possess a valid work visa. Experience in the Hotels / Restaurants industry is preferred, ideally with 0-5 years in a managerial role.

Salary
