Role 2 Job Title: SnrAssociate - SAP IBP
Job Description:ROLE - SnrAssociate - SAP IBP / SAP Planning Process Expert
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Review planning processes and document them.
Perform fit gap analysis and benchmark processes with industry standards
Define KPIs for measuring effectiveness of changes proposed to each process
Benchmark against industry best practices. Prepare roadmap for implementation of planning solutions
Work with change management team to identify and document process changes due to planning solution implementation
Conduct process discovery and alignment sessions with business teams
Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around IBP in line with Organizational strategy and goals.
Drive Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Engineering, Post Graduate MBA, MTech, MS in Operations Management SCM preferred.
Mandatory 12+ years of Supply Chain Planning. Experience with at least 5 years in SAP IBP.
Should have experience as process consultant on at least 2 IBP implementation projects
Desirable Experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions would be an added advantage.
Process Knowledge, Deep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning familiarity expertise with SCOR model is preferred technology agnostic.
Expertise in at least two industries eg, CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.
Technical Expertise - Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with expertise in at least two modules across S and OP, Demand, Supply and Response, Inventory.
Deep knowledge and experience in end to end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.
Ability to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within IBP as well as of IBP with ERP systems.
Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios. Very good understanding of ECC Master data and Transaction data from planning standpoint along with writing specifications for CPI tasks.
Basic understanding of SAP PP or SD.
Value Creation Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for IBP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones IBP footprint globally.
Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve.
SOFT SKILLS
Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written

Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
