We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential/commercial properties across US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

 Responsibilities:

•  Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including advertising vacancies, conducting property tours, and screening potential renters.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented and enforced.
• Collect rent payments, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare monthly financial reports for property owners.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to maintain positive relationships and high tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
• Stay abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize property performance and maximize profitability through cost-effective measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
