As a SCRUM Master, you'll play a crucial role in our IT Software department, driving agile project management methodologies and ensuring the smooth delivery of our software products. Job Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication within the team.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder team performance.
Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize backlog items.
Ensure adherence to SCRUM principles and monitor the overall performance of the team.

Salary

The remuneration for this position ranges between $87,000 - $117,000 yearly, depending on experience and skill level. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience as a SCRUM Master or similar role in IT Software.
SCRUM Master Certification and Certified Scrum Product Owner credentials are a must.
Must be a valid work visa holder, US Citizen, or Green Card holder.

Skills

Proficiency in Oracle, a leading database management system.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, a versatile object-oriented programming language.
Expertise in SQL, a standard language for managing data held in databases.
Adeptness in Agile methodologies, a flexible approach to project management.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and skills. The annual salary range is $87,000 - $117,000.
