Job Type: Full Time Location: Hybrid / Onsite   Job Description: Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools. Design and implement chatbots to automate customer service and support functions. Create and maintain SQL queries and database connections to support RPA solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and accuracy. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, including monitoring and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in RPA, chatbots, and other automation tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality automation testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Participate in Agile rituals and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.

Salary

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging between $89,000 to $119,000 per year. The specific salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in IT Software / Services.
• Valid work visa, US Citizen, or Green Card holder.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in automation testing and RPA development.

Skills

• Proficient in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Blue Prism technology.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Good understanding of IT Software and Services.
