About the Role:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow administration, issue resolution, and end-user support to ensure smooth operations of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for the ServiceNow platform

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues related to ServiceNow

Assist in configuration of forms, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards

Support upgrades, patches, and new feature releases in ServiceNow

Work closely with end users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow modules

Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed

Document issues, solutions, and technical processes for knowledge sharing

Salary

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, H4, or L2.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT Software or a related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
• Experience with Ab Initio software for data processing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
