Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Tester to join our team at Tekarch Technology in North Carver, MA. This job requires a hands-on approach to software development and a keen eye for detail. Your main role will be to conduct thorough testing of our software applications to ensure quality and functionality. This opportunity is open to individuals on a W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, or 1099-Contract basis. Applicants must have a valid work visa, and can be a US Citizen, Green card holder, or have an H4, F1, L2, OPT, or CPT visa status.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Creating and executing manual and automated test cases
• Working closely with the development team to ensure quality assurance
• Identifying, recording, and documenting thoroughly any bugs or issues

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, with an hourly rate of $25 - $35, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

For this role, we require:

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge in ASP .Net, Web Services, Java, and other programming languages
• Experience in both manual and automated testing

Skills

Highly desirable skills for this role include:

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Selenium, SOAP UI, QTP / Selenium
• Experience in Manual Testing and Unit Testing
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
