Roles and Responsibilities:
Tracking Project Processes and Deliverables
Experience in writing Project's Specifications and User Stories (basic description of stories written from the User's perspective)
Estimating out which stories should be developed in the backlog
Interacting with the technical teams to elect their needs and priorities
Operating Tests with the technical teams
Approving or Rejecting the results of the Tests
Facilitating Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up's, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective Ceremonies
Collaborating with Product Owner to Develop and Maintain Product Backlogs
Excellent Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Maintain Sprint Burn down/Burn up Charts, Product Release and White Board in JIRA to keep track of the team progress, capacity and velocity for better estimation of Sprints.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is Must
Any prior experience into BA is huge plus
