Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified .NET Developer to join our IT Software team in New York, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 0-2 years of experience to further develop their skills and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be working with cutting-edge technology and tools, including Ab Initio, Informatica, ASP.Net, C SHARP, VB.net, and Web Services. Your role will involve designing, writing, and maintaining efficient code, troubleshooting software, and enhancing system functionality.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain efficient code using .NET programming languages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Salary

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications. This position can be filled on a Corp-Corp, W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, or 1099-Contract basis.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns
• Knowledge of .NET languages (C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Skills

• Ab Initio: Experience with this data integration tool is necessary.
• Informatica: Knowledge of this data integration software is a plus.
• ASP.Net: Proficiency in this web development framework is required.
• C SHARP: Ability to write clean, scalable code using C# is a must.
• VB.net: Experience with Visual Basic .NET is beneficial.
• Web Services: Familiarity with creating and consuming web services is important.
