Ordering and Receiving: Order meat products from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Stock Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and spoilage, and maximize profitability.

Merchandising: Create attractive and informative displays to promote sales and enhance the customer experience.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Health and Safety: Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data.

Cash Register Operations: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system usage.

Other Duties: Assist with stocking shelves and other store tasks as needed. 

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Store Manager to join our team at Curry Cuts Place, located in Ashburn, VA. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly, effectively, and profitably. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store, including staff management, inventory, customer service, and finances.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of store presentation.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $3500 - $4500 Monthly.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this role should have 0-2 years of experience in store management, a valid work visa, and a background in Food & Beverages.
