I have started my Insurance Career as a Sales Officer in 2008
Over the years, I have grown as AVP.
I was handling 300 Advisors, 15 Employees and 30 Variable Leaders.
I used to show 100% YOY growth for my Area given to me.
I used to give good suggestions to improve Company plans for getting great Sales.
When a new plan is released in our Company, I used to give immediate feedback back on corrections for better Sales and for beating competitors.
