Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks that drive business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to support data reporting and analytical needs.
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources such as SQL databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
Develop basic dashboards, charts, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
Assist in preparing ad hoc and scheduled reports for different business units.
Document data sources, business definitions, and analytical methods used.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in reports and dashboards.
Continuously learn and apply data analysis best practices, tools, and technologies to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
