Job Summary:

We are looking for a Developer Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should possess a mix of analytical skills and development expertise to support the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and enterprise applications. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and development tasks.
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in collaboration with development teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, flowcharts, and data mappings.
Support the development of web-based applications, APIs, and integrations based on business needs.
Work with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Product) to ensure accurate implementation of features.
Conduct impact and gap analysis to identify potential technical or business risks.
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend technical approaches for business problems.
Assist in testing and validation, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
Provide post-deployment support, issue analysis, and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process or technical enhancements.
