We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and processes.
Support data migration, integration, and user adoption activities.
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure Salesforce best practices and platform governance are followed.
