Office Administration

• Welcome visitors and manage front desk duties.
• Organize office logistics including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and internal meetings.
• Maintain records, assist in documentation, and support HR tasks such as onboarding logistics.

?? Marketing Support

• Assist with content creation for social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and internal events.
• Update company website content and track web analytics under supervision.
• Support CRM data entry, lead tracking, and reporting tasks.
• Help manage marketing collateral, branded materials, and promotional items.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in office administration, marketing, or a similar dual role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot is a plus).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
