Job Summary:
We are looking for a Backend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend programming languages, databases, and cloud/DevOps tools to build secure, high-performance services that power modern web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and RESTful APIs using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, Node.js/Express, or similar).
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
Build and manage microservices architectures and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) to design efficient data storage and retrieval systems.
Integrate with third-party APIs and external services as part of application workflows.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver complete, high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of backend systems.
Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Stay current with emerging backend technologies, cloud services, and DevOps tools to continuously improve system architecture and performance.
