Receive and process towing, roadside assistance, and AAA service requests via phone, computer, and digital dispatch systems.
Assign calls to available drivers based on location, priority, and workload.
Track driver locations, job status, and estimated arrival times using GPS and dispatch software.
Communicate clear job details to drivers, including location, vehicle type, and service required.
Prioritize emergency and safety-related calls according to AAA guidelines.
Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding ETA, pricing, and services.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor as the first point of contact for customers and AAA representatives.
Greet visitors, customers, and drivers at the front desk.
Answer general inquiries in person and by phone.
Maintain and organize service call records, invoices, and driver logs.
Assist with processing payments and issuing receipts.
Support management with scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties.
