Key Responsibilities:

Perform eyebrow threading, upper lip, chin, forehead, and full-face threading with high accuracy and minimal discomfort.

Deliver a range of facials – from basic clean-ups to advanced treatments like fruit, gold, pearl, herbal, anti-aging, or acne facials.

Assess clients’ skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products.

Maintain hygiene and sanitization protocols strictly across all tools and equipment.

Educate customers on skincare routines and product usage based on their needs.

Build rapport with clients to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Manage appointments and ensure minimum wait times for walk-ins.

Cross-sell salon services when appropriate (e.g., waxing, bleach, etc.).
