Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that drive business insights. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with complex datasets to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into impactful visualizations.
Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud databases, APIs) and prepare data for analysis using Tableau Prep or other ETL tools.
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and advanced chart types to enhance user experience.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and testing.
Work with cross-functional teams (Data, Business, QA, Product) to support reporting and analytics needs.
Automate data refreshes and manage report scheduling on Tableau Server.
Maintain documentation of dashboards, data sources, and processes.
Stay updated on Tableau best practices, features, and new releases to improve reporting capabilities.
