Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful insights using Tableau and have a strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence concepts. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Develop interactive and insightful dashboards, charts, and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or cloud-based databases.
Optimize data models and visualizations for performance, scalability, and usability.
Work with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.
Create and manage calculated fields, parameters, filters, and data blending within Tableau.
Maintain and manage Tableau Server environments, including publishing dashboards and managing user access.
Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of visualizations.
Troubleshoot data and dashboard issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay current with Tableau updates, BI best practices, and emerging data visualization trends to continuously improve reporting solutions.
