- We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using best practices, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
- Create and configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, flow designer, and other components.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Maintain documentation related to design, development, and configuration activities.
- Collaborate with system administrators, stakeholders, and other developers.
