Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and storytelling through data. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver insightful and performance-optimized BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and reports based on business requirements.
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable visualizations to support decision-making.
Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work with various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, and REST APIs.
Optimize dashboard performance through effective design, calculations, and data extracts.
Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and present prototypes or mock-ups.
Develop and maintain data models, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and complex visual logic.
Integrate Tableau with ETL workflows, data pipelines, or backend systems as needed.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and access controls.
Document dashboard functionality, data sources, and development best practices.
