Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, products, and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze mechanical design performance.
• Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed models and technical drawings.
• Operate CNC machines to fabricate prototypes or components as part of the product development process.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform stress and thermal analysis to evaluate mechanical systems.
• Identify potential issues during the design process and develop practical solutions.
• Oversee prototype fabrication, testing, and evaluation.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and ensure proper assembly and integration of mechanical systems.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-4 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
• Experience in operating CNC machine.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Project management experience is a plus.
