Responsibilities:
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products and services to clients.
System Assessment: Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure that our instrument / equipment meets system requirements.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary support.
Order Management: Secure orders, maintain product standards, and ensure timely product delivery.
Customer Relationship: Build rapport with clients and establish acceptance of our solutions.
Product Enhancement: Recommend product modifications to meet evolving consumer needs.
Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage.
Qualifications:
Education: Preferably an engineering qualification or associate degree.
Experience: One to two years of experience in industrial sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driving license.
Presentation Skills: Ability to convey technical information effectively.
