Server Job Description

Howard Wang's has been around for 40+ years, started off as a small family restaurant and has been growing rapidly around the Dallas, TX area ever since, being one of the best Chinese restaurants around. We are looking for an amazing team that can make our guests experience unforgettable and having fun while doing it.

What we are looking for:

Must be at least 17 years old
Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift to 25 pounds.
Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
