The role requires a self-motivated, career-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with direct and indirect clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and promote services to prospective clients. Follow the leads for contract positions and project based requirements of clients in IT and Telecom area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required and must be able to work under critical timelines. Minimum 2 years of experience required in Recruiting & Staffing OR direct client Account management.
