• Expertise in full-time lifecycle in US staffing. Good knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099.
• Good working Experience with Direct Clients and Tier1 Vendors.
• Worked on different visa terms like OPT EAD, H1B, EAD, Green Card Holders and US Citizens.
• Worked on C2C/W2 /1099 Tax Terms.
• Involved in discussing various new methods of marketing.
• Have reasonably a good communication and convincing skills.
• Expertise in Negotiating and closing the deals
• Very good command of using the Internet as a tool for Resourcing, using various Talent search engines (Job Portals)
• Having experience in Web-based Sourcing/ Recruiting ( Dice, Monster, Career-builder and Indeed)
• Involved in the end-to-end process.
