As a Junior Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting operations. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and provide essential administrative support. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
