§  Act as the primary liaison for Project Managers and Project Superintendents in relation to drawings and technical documents.

§  Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, including conducting thorough quantity takeoffs, creating

purchase orders, and implementing streamlined material release protocols in accordance with the Project Superintendent's

guidance.

§  Create all Dimensional/Recon and Safety drawings as required for submittal & coordination.

§  Manage the Construction Department's records, such as submittals, RFIs, pay applications, drawing packages, change orders

(including design change orders), and other similar documents.

§  Track and manage extra costs for all items associated with field tickets or contract allowances, while also maintaining and

tracking all change order documents and logs.

§  Issue and record all field drawings, as well as manage/upload/print all drawings and documents as per the field team's requirements. Take charge of ensuring the field team has all latest drawings and technical information.

§  Assists in the preparation of project close-out requirements including unit cost history, operations and maintenance manuals, punch-list management, and agency inspections.
