•       Holding 11 years Industry experience with emphasis in Software Quality Assurance in Financial, Brokerage Applications, Payments(Credit cards,Debit cards,ACH,etc), Sales and Billing, Retail, media, Telecom and Travel applications.

•       Experience in Manual and Automation testing.

•       Having experience in Manual testing with hands on coverage on Business Requirements, Analysis, Functional, Smoke, System, Regression, Integration, Database, End-End Testing, for GUI and Non-GUI on systems on cross-platform (Web and client-server) applications and multiplatform testing

•       (IVR – Interactive Voice Response) systems on cross-platform (Web and client-server) applications
