Zubatkin Owner Representation (“ZOR”) was established in 1994 and primarily serves not-for-profit organizations, including museum, performing arts, educational and religious institutions, in the New York metropolitan area and the Northeast region. The focus of our practice is to assist in the strategic planning, design and construction of capital projects. Our diverse portfolio spans all aspects of a project’s development – from initial real estate analysis, master planning and programming through design, construction and move-in – for both new construction and renovation and expansion projects.
