Young Audiences Of Virginia Inc Careers in Norfolk, VA

Young Audiences of Virginia first brought arts-in-education programs to children throughout Virginia in 1955. From its humble beginnings with a single string ensemble and a handful of volunteers, the organization has grown to one with more than 100 professional artists in various artistic disciplines. As part of a national network, Young Audiences, Inc. receives the National Medal of Arts, which was presented by President Bill Clinton to one of our national board members, Yo Yo Ma, at the White House. Now celebrating its 56th anniversary and actively pursuing our mission into the 21st Century, we are providing approximately 2,000 hours each year, in schools throughout Virginia.
