The foundation teams up with CrossFit affiliates anywhere in the world to host fitness events and competitions that promote their cause. The mission of WOD 4 Life Foundation is to raise funds and bring awareness to the community about the importance of organ, eye and tissue recovery, donation and transplantation. The foundation strives to share the lifestyle of fitness and healthy nutrition with the transplant community; including donor families, recipients and their families, and transplant services staff.
