Certified Rolfing(R) Structural Integration, is my full time practice, self-employed. Wingspan, Rolfing (R) also includes a location in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where I have a part time practice in Nutrition World's wellness group. Rolfing is a systematic approach to freeing the body's structure to achieve its best function (movement and posture) within the constant field of gravity. Clients achieve a sense of balance, and more clear understanding of what leads to, and can lead out of, stress and injury.
