The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library serves seven communties including Eastlake, Lakeline, Waite Hill, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Willowick, and Timberlake. Our three full-service libraries include the Willoughby, Willowick, and Eastlake libraries. Our popular materials library, opened in 2003, is located in Willoughby Hills. Registered library card holders, as of 2012, include approximately 30,609 people. Our annual circulation of materials is over 1.5 million within a collection of over 319,000 items in various formats. We are a member of Clevnet Library Consortium, which is a consortium of 38 library systems across 11 different counties in Northeast Ohio.
