The West Palm Beach Library Foundation's mission is to help enhance and expand programs and services and strengthen book and media collections of the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach so we preserve the past, empower lives today and build for the future. The Foundation secures support for the Library which is increasingly important in improving the services and resources of the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach. The Foundation, a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization, is independent from the City of West Palm Beach.
