Greg is Wedgewood’s Founder and one of the most well-respected leaders in the real estate investment industry. As the founder and former CEO of Wedgewood, Greg has grown the company from focusing solely on single-family residential homes into an environmentally sustainable, multi-faceted business spanning 20+ states. Prior to founding Wedgewood in 1985, he spent several years at Murdock Development Company as Assistant to the President of Murdock Hotels Corporation and worked as a financial analyst at Crocker Bank in San Francisco. Greg earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and his M.B.A. from UCLA's Graduate School of Management and is a member of the UCLA Business School Board of Advisors. He has two daughters and resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
