In 2012, the company was sold and became a division of Vita Elementa LLC based in Campbell, California where the products are manufactured today. The new owners, a mother-daughter team, have been involved in the natural products industry since 2008 and been in love with Muddy H2O etc. products since 2009 when they began retailing them in their web store.
