The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center was founded in 1985 to address the needs of Veterans and their families throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Center offers information, referral, advocacy and support to the Veterans who live in the valley. The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center provides more than 10,000 units of service to veterans and their families per month. In 1997, the VNOC expanded its services to Veterans by opening a permanent housing program, The Veterans Mansion, to serve homeless Veterans.
