We do this by promoting shared leadership through empowerment, education and civic engagement to create collective well- being. We choose to work with individuals and communities that are most in need of transformation because our vision is that all people have the social, educational and economic resources to thrive. We believe elders are the anchors of communities, parents are the coaches and young people are the drivers of change.
