TLMF is a small family farm based on community education. Through our FREE tours, we teach about agriculture appreciation, along with the history, math, science and mechanics of making maple syrup. A mix of traditional methods and new technology. Closest maple producer to Boston. Less than 15 minutes off major routes (93, 95, 495), and just North of Boston. Lots of yummy samples through progression of tour, including: maple sap, mid-boil, finished maple syrup, maple cream, maple candy and maple sugar. Occasionally there are additional samples such as maple bacon ice cream from Mad Maggie's. Great for the family, and interesting for all ages.
