Triphase has formed a strategic partnership with Celgene Corporation, to enable rapid proof of concept for important new cancer therapeutics of mutual interest. Once Triphase products reach proof of concept, Celgene has the Option to acquire the product. Together with the founding organizations Ontario Institute of Cancer Research (OICR) and MaRS Innovation and supported by MaRS Discovery District, they form a unique partnership to produce proof-of-concept data for investors, partners, regulators, payers, and ultimately prescribers and patients.
