From our humble beginnings in 1992, Tower Water began as a cooling tower cleaning company. Shortly after being founded, Russell Baskin (a Mechanical Engineer by schooling), brought his 10 years of experience in the New York City water treatment field and created our Service Department. In 1996, Noah Baskin created the Construction Department, which revolutionized the chemical cleaning marketplace by creating and refining the equipment that is used to perform this work.
