An affinity to the roofing industry persuaded him to choose roofing over his formal education. Since then Tiley Roofing has hired friends, family, and special individuals to ensure the same principles used to establish the company have been used to grow it. Since starting with three employees TRI has grown to over sixty full time employees, not subcontractors.
