We offer affordable yoga classes that makes yoga accessible to ALL people. We are the original hot yoga studio in Charlotte North Carolina having started in 2001 teaching Bikram Hot Yoga. In 2006 we have expanded the class portfolio to include not only Traditional Hot Yoga from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage but also Yin Yoga and Bryan Kest inspired Deep Stretch Yoga. Yoga is an amazing form of exercise that can be practiced daily. Yoga helps strengthen, stretch, detoxify and de-stress the body.
