The Synergy Studio offers movement, health, and wellness for every Body, through a variety of instructional classes and workshops. Presenting over 40 classes a week in Nia, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Belly Dance, Qigong, African Dance, HoopDance, Feldenkrais, Hand Drumming as well as Massage Therapy, Rolfing, Reiki and special concerts with unique instruments, it is a cutting edge studio unlike any other in Texas. The Synergy Studio is educating and motivating people from San Antonio as well as travelers from all over the United States. The studio was located for 5 years in a small space on McCullough Avenue. With increased interest and class size, it became necessary to expand.
