The Resource Company, Inc. (TRC) offers a full range of wetland and wildlife services including wetland delineations, functional assessments, mitigation design, biological assessments, habitat evaluations, GPS mapping, and GIS Analysis. Since its establishment in 1991, TRC has completed nearly 2,000 natural resource-based projects in Washington and Oregon. Recently TRC has conducted, field verified, and mapped Local Wetland Inventories (LWI) and Stream Riparian Assessments for Urban Growth Boundary expansions for the cities of Washougal and La Center in Washington State. Additionally, TRC has recently collaborated on the creation of Best Available Science (BAS) based Critical Area Ordinances (CAO) for three municipalities in Washington.
