The LSC Group LLC is an internationally-recognized boutique consulting practice which helps fill the accounting and reporting gap for companies worldwide. Auditors often request that we assist their clients with the accounting and disclosure for complex accounting transactions. We specialize in the accounting for complex transactions such as PIPE transactions and other derivative instruments as well as other complex issues such as business combinations and VIE's. Our backgrounds are in auditing but we do not perform audits. We know what the auditors need for their files so we present our deliverables as formal written reports on the application of accounting principals that are suitable to document the positions taken for purposes of the audit. We will also assist clients with SEC compliance such as the preparation of quarterly or annual reports or working directly with the SEC on the Company's behalf to resolve complex accounting applications and respond to SEC comment letters.
