The Last Crumb is a boutique bakery that services both retail and wholesale customers. Combining a passion for a clean and sustainable food system with a longing for nostalgic baked goods of the mid 20th century, The Last Crumb produces a line of delicious, all natural and mostly organic Cupcakes, Cookies, Crumb Cakes, Breads and Muffins, as well as Vegan and Gluten Free options. The Last Crumb products present a modern take on a time when bakeries made everything from scratch, and there were only natural ingredients on hand. The Last Crumb began its journey In 2010 as The Great Cupcake Company, a custom cupcake bakery, and later a retail shop. The shop was subsequently closed in July of 2012 to focus efforts on catering, wholesale, and custom baking – moving more toward a boutique bakery model – and thus beginning the transition into what is now The Last Crumb.
